Hey There
I'm Brooke, founder and lead practitioner at Lakeside Massage and Bodywork. I am a life-long learner, wife and mom to two littles. I find so much joy in helping people slow down and connect with their body. I feel grateful to be able to help guide you along your healing journey and hold space for you wherever you are today.

Brooke Minetti LMT, PTA
Brooke started her clinical practice in 2010 with a focus in therapeutic massage. Since then she has evolved through each training she's taken. Brooke's bodywork is heavily influenced by the late John Barnes "the father of Myofascial Release". Brooke also has a deep appreciation for the more subtle touch of craniosacral therapy where she learned through the Upledger Institute.
In 2018 Brooke graduated from a Physical Therapist Assistant program to expand her knowledge and treatment. Becoming a PTA has not only allowed Brooke to deepen her understanding of the body and how it moves, but has given her the skills to teach her clients how to prevent injury. She uses her knowledge from PTA school and her clinical and work experiences to educate her clients.
In 2026 Brooke will be attending an advance training in intraoral and buccal (cheek) massage to better serve my clients with TMJD.

Mary Damiani LMT
A third-generation Italian and Canadian Vermonter, I was born in the Northeast Kingdom and spent parts of my early childhood exploring the landscapes of Washington and Arizona before returning home to Vermont for good. Growing up among forests, rivers, and open hills shaped my love for nature, community, and intentional living. I recently relocated my family to the Burlington area and feel grateful to offer my work within such a vibrant and wellness-oriented community.

Massage therapy has always felt like a natural extension of who I am. Long before formal training, friends and family would ask for help easing sore backs and tired feet. After years of teaching yoga and offering Reiki in my community, I chose to deepen my studies while completing my B.S. in Wellness and Alternative Medicine and graduating from Green Mountain Massage School in 2016. My background includes Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki training (Levels I, II, and III), and over 16 years of personal yoga and meditation practice, all of which gently inform my grounded, intuitive approach to bodywork.

I believe massage is both therapeutic and restorative — a space where pain can soften, the nervous system can settle, and a deeper connection to the body can unfold. My own experiences with injury and recovery have strengthened my sensitivity to how the body communicates and heals. I work collaboratively and thoughtfully, tailoring each session to support your individual goals, whether that means focused relief, improved mobility, or simply time to rest and reconnect. It is an honor to witness the steady, cumulative benefits that consistent care can bring — greater ease, resilience, and a more rooted sense of well-being.
