Cancellation Policy and fees:

Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than a 24-hour notice is subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointment may be charged the full price of the session. Some exceptions apply.
 
Please be on time for your appointment by arriving five minutes early. Arriving late to your appointment compromises your massage duration. While we try our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee a full session.
